Each cohort week follows a purposeful arc so learning is introduced, practiced, and then genuinely used.

Wednesday

Develop

Practice skills, research, plan, design, and deepen understanding.

Thursday

Do

Build, create, experiment, serve, present, explore, and apply learning in the real world.

Two-day scholars attend Tuesday and Wednesday. Three-day scholars receive the fuller experience, including Thursday application and project work.

Tuition Savings Opportunities

Sibling Discount

Families enrolling multiple scholars may receive:

  • 10% off tuition for the second child
  • 15% off tuition for the third and subsequent children

Parent Volunteer Discount — 20%

Families who commit to an approved, recurring volunteer role supporting Iron Scholars may receive 20% off tuition for one scholar. Opportunities may include classroom support, scholar supervision, setup and cleanup, check-in/dismissal support, field trips, and other program needs.

Volunteer positions are limited, require prior approval, and are contingent upon consistently fulfilling the agreed commitment.

Family Referral Credit

Current Iron Scholars families can earn a tuition credit when a family they refer enrolls and becomes a paying Iron Scholars family:

  • $50 when the referred family fully enrolls in the 2-day program
  • $75 when at least one scholar in the referred family fully enrolls in the 3-day program

One referral credit is earned per newly referred family, regardless of the number of scholars enrolled. The referred family must make its first tuition payment before the credit is earned. The credit is applied to the referring family’s following month’s tuition. If the referring family has prepaid tuition, the earned referral credit will be refunded.

Recurring discounts do not combine — families receive the single largest recurring discount for which they qualify.

Enrollment is intentionally small so every scholar is known.
